Investigation of the Effects of Welding Force, Vibration and Temperature on Mechanical Properties and Microstructure in FSW Welding

Defects such as porosity and cracking are serious problems in the joining of aluminium its alloys by melt welding methods. In this case, it is important that aluminum pairs welded friction stir (FSW), which depend on at a temperature below melting means stirrer pin. study, AA5182 were joined different parameters FSW. The effects tool pin profily, feed rate rotation speed temperature, force vibration formed during experimentally investigated. As rised, increased decreased. But, with increasing rate, decreased have increased. Mechanical properties joints adversely affected low high vibration.
